Eceipt (e-receipt) is a mobile app designed to make life easier for both businesses and customers. It automates tax returns, cuts down on paper waste, and gives users access to exclusive member discounts — all in one place. By digitising receipts, Eceipt simplifies financial tasks and promotes a more sustainable way of managing transactions.

As the CX designer for Eceipt, my goal was to create a smooth, intuitive experience that feels effortless to use. I focused on making financial processes less of a hassle, designing workflows that guide users naturally, and ensuring every interaction adds value.

Beyond functionality, I wanted the app to encourage eco-friendly habits while making everyday financial management simpler and more rewarding.
