Description
As the sole designer on the team, I led the end-to-end design of MyAA, a digital solution serving 1.7 million Kiwis by providing seamless access to their AA accounts. My goal was to create an intuitive and user-friendly experience that made managing memberships, roadside assistance, and insurance effortless.
I started by conducting user research to understand pain points and expectations, ensuring the design addressed real user needs. Based on these insights, I crafted wireframes and prototypes, refining them through usability testing to ensure clarity and ease of use.
With such a large and diverse user base, accessibility was a top priority. I implemented clear navigation, simple interactions, and an intuitive dashboard, making it easy for users of all tech skill levels to access important services.
I collaborated closely with engineers and stakeholders, bridging the gap between business goals and user needs. By iterating on feedback and refining the design, I delivered a product that significantly improved user engagement and satisfaction.
MyAA now serves as a central hub for AA members, offering a frictionless experience that empowers Kiwis to manage their services with ease.
