Description
I worked on TradeMe Insurance, a Tower Partner project, to improve the existing user experience while also bringing in fresh, innovative features. The goal was to make navigating policies, quotes, and claims easier and more intuitive for users. To get there, I dug into user research, identifying pain points and areas where we could simplify things.
Working closely with product managers and engineers, I streamlined complex processes, making them feel more natural and less frustrating. One of the key improvements was redesigning the quoting and claims experience to remove unnecessary steps and reduce drop-offs. I also introduced a personalized dashboard, giving users a clear snapshot of their policies and renewals at a glance.
To make interactions smoother, I experimented with micro-interactions and progressive disclosure, ensuring users werenโt overloaded with information all at once. Prototyping and testing played a huge role, I continuously refined the designs based on real user feedback.
By focusing on both small usability wins and big-picture enhancements, we created a more user-friendly, engaging experience that made managing insurance feel easier and more transparent.
